Warranty Terms

sondermade products are covered by a 1-year warranty (from the date of purchase), given that:

1. The product is used for the purpose intended
2. The product is used under normal conditions
3. The product is not subject to extreme conditions, neglect, accidents or abuse

Please note that this warranty only covers workmanship faults and material defects under responsible use. This warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

Warranty Claims

In order to faciliate the warranty claim, please email our support team at sondermade@toscano-intl.com with:

1. Your order details
2. Photograph(s) of the affected area
3. A description of the fault or damage

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, Return requests will only be entertained if they satisfy the conditions listed under our Warranty Terms. In order to make a Return request, please email us at sondermade@toscano-intl.com with:

1. Your order details
2. Your reason for a product return/exchange (include photographs where appropriate)

We will get back to you within the next two working days.

However, please note that you should check your purchase(s) carefully upon receiving it. 

All items must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds

sondermade’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Processing time is approximately 7 business days.
